Trout on the grill

1 kg trout 140 g butter a little crushed cumin to taste salt

Cut the cleaned and washed trout in half lengthwise, season with salt, place them on a preheated grill, inside side up, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cumin and grill for about 3 min

Then carefully turn them over, baste again with butter, sprinkle with cumin and grill for another 3 min. Serve with roasted potatoes and vegetable salad.
