Trout on mushrooms
ingredients
1 kg trout 320 g mushrooms 110 g butter a little salt a little ground black pepper

Clean the mushrooms, chop and saute in butter until soft. While they are stewing, season them with salt and pepper.

Place the cleaned and washed trout on top of the mushrooms and simmer together for another 15 to 25 min. Serve with potatoes.
