1 kg trout fillets 2 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 100 g almond chips 1 tbsp parsley to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 tbsp lemon juice 40 g butter
procedure
1. Fry the finely chopped onion and almonds in hot oil. Mix them with the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper and leave to cool. 2. Grease a baking tray with butter and spread the fillets on it. Season them with salt and pepper and rub them with the onion mixture. Place them in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 15 minutes. 3. Brush the fillets with melted butter, drizzle with lemon juice and bake for 5 minutes more. Serve with potatoes.
