Trout in yellow sauce
ingredients
2 pcs trout 1 pcs larger lemon 2 pcs onion 50 g cold butter salt, ground pepper 1 clove garlic

1/8 litre wine vinegar 1/4 litre white wine 3 pcs fresh egg yolk 1 pcs carrot 1 pcs parsley 2 pcs cloves to taste salt

Great tip for fish lovers. The delicious sauce will give it just the right kick.

Trout: Wash the trout, dry it, season it, fill it with sliced butter, onion, lemon and garlic.

Slice one onion on the bottom of the baking sheet, spread it out so that the trout is all over it. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, then turn the oven down to 180°C and just finish baking the skin until crispy.

Smear: Put the vinegar, wine, Vegetable Recipes and cloves on to boil. When the Vegetable Recipes are cooked, strain the mixture and put it in a water bath. When the mixture is in the water bath, whisk in the 3 egg yolks and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 more minutes.

Serve the trout with any side dish you like 🙂 I like it with toast. Bon appetit.
