2000 g trout 300 g smoked bacon 200 g onion 30 g ground paprika 50 g plain flour 200 g mushrooms 500 g tomato 30 g salt

1. Season the cleaned gutted trout with salt, coat in paprika flour and bake in roasted bacon. 2. Put finely chopped onions and mushrooms in the remaining fat and simmer. 3. Serve the trout with the smothered mushrooms, garnish with sliced roasted tomatoes on top. Serve small potatoes as a side dish.
