Clean the trout, wash, season with salt, ground black pepper and rub the outside with lemon juice. Brush appropriately sized pieces of foil with oil and wrap each fish separately.

Bake in a preheated oven at a medium temperature for about 35 to 40 min. Serve with potato croquettes.
