Trout in butter with herbs

1 pcs trout 1 pcs lemon 1 pcs orange pcs garlic pcs thyme pcs salt pcs black pepper pcs olive oil pcs butter
procedure
1.
Prepare a baking tray which you grease with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the fresh thyme into smaller pieces and mix with the oil, add salt and pepper and a crushed garlic clove.

Spread this mixture on the inside of the fish. Cut the orange and lemon into slices and place them in the belly cavity of the fish.
4.
Transfer the fish to an oiled baking tray and arrange the lemon slices on top of the fish. Place the sliced garlic in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Bake for approx. 30 min. at 180 °C. Finally, bake the fish for 10 min. at 200°C.
