Trout in aspic

4 pcs trout 40 g root Vegetable Recipes 1/2 litre aspic 1 pk lemon 40 g butter to taste salt to taste whole black pepper to taste vinegar
procedure
1. Cut the cleaned, gutted trout diagonally on the sides and put them to boil in boiling water with the cleaned Vegetable Recipes and whole black pepper. Salt and acidify the water and boil for about 8 min. 2. Let the trout cool in the water in which they were cooked. 3. Pour a thin layer of aspic into a small baking dish and leave to set. Then place the drained trout on it and garnish with the softened butter and a thin lemon wedge. Pour over the aspic and leave to set. 4. Cut the solidified aspic into 4 equal pieces with a thin knife, so that there is a trout in each piece. Serve with bread.
