Trout baked with almonds
ingredients
2 pcs trout to taste salt, ground white pepper 1 KL fish seasoning 1 tbsp lemon juice a little oil 1 handful almond chips a little butter
procedure
1. Wash the trout, pat dry and make notches on one side. Salt them inside and out, sprinkle with fish seasoning and white pepper. Let them stand for a while, then drizzle them with lemon juice and put them in a greased baking dish. 2. Mix the almond chips with the melted butter and brush the surface of the trout with them. Place them in the oven and bake at 180°C until crispy.
