Tried and tested excellent gluten-free bread recipe
Ingredients
1 portion 500 g gluten-free mix The amount of gluten depends on who likes what… Schä r B I didn’t find it very good 100 ml of oil 1 packet of dried yeast, can be replaced by fresh 2 tbsp psyllium 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp cumin 350 ml of water, depending on how much the psyllium and chia swell
Recipe preparation process
1 Let the chia seeds and psyllium swell in the water. Then add the rest of the ingredients.

2 Stir and leave to stand for about 10 minutes.Stir for about a minute (slow programme) and leave to stand for half an hour.

5 I bake for 10 minutes at 250°C (in a hot oven, I can’t judge elsewhere) and at the beginning of baking I pour about 1dc of water on the bottom baking tray (to form a crust), then lower the heat and bake for 40 minutes at 220°C.
