A sweet dessert made from old cake and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

1. Cut the older mazanek into cubes and pour boiling milk
2. Stir to a paste, add eggs, raisins and salt
3. Spread the dough thinly on a well-buttered baking sheet and bake until red
4. Tear the still hot pancake finely with two forks, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, drizzle with clarified butter and serve.
