Wonderful sweet crackers with apples are perfect for Easter. Try for example this tried and tested recipe!
Ingredients:
240 g
smooth flour
50 g
raisins
400 ml
whole milk
4 pcs
of egg
2 pcs
apple
2 tbsp
semolina sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 sachet
vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
baking butter

powdered sugar for sprinkling
Procedure:
Mix the flour, salt, vanilla, caster sugar and cinnamon, add the egg yolks, milk and work through until smooth
Whisk the egg whites into the snow and gradually fold into the batter, leave to rest and in the meantime cut the apples into thinner slices
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the apples in and fry them briefly until soft, then pour in half the batter, sprinkle with raisins and let them turn golden brown on the bottom, turn and fry the bottom part too
Tear the cake with the edge of a turner and serve.
