Potato pancake stuffed with baked cutlet with cheese and mushrooms.

Ingredients:

80 g of sterilised mushrooms 4 pcs boneless pork chops 4 pcs cheese slices frying oil ground pepper salt For the batter: 350 g cheese potatoes 50 g of paprika pork belly 30 g smooth flour 1 piece of egg 1 piece garlic scapes 1 pc onion 2 tbsp of semi-skimmed milk ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. On the meat, spread the drained, sliced mushrooms, sliced cheese, put in the oven and bake everything in the oven
3. Grate the peeled potatoes finely, add peeled, finely chopped onion, diced fried pork belly, flour, eggs, ground pepper, milk, peeled, grated garlic clove, salt and make a dough
4. In a frying pan in heated oil fry the prepared dough until golden brown, then put the baked meat on half of the plate and fold the other half.
