Transylvanian tokan

Back beef and pork shoulder pieces fried in oil with onion, covered with wine and finished with wine.

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 servings: 250 g of back beef 250 g of boneless pork shoulder 20 g of fat 2 dl cream 1 dl white wine 1 pc

td>onions ground sweet paprika salt water to baste

Procedure:

1. Put the finely chopped onion, the meat cut into small fries, sprinkle with ground pepper, sprinkle with salt and fry until the juices have dried up
2. Then pour wine and a little water over the meat, finish cooking
3. After about half an hour, add the pork cut into chips and simmer, basting occasionally with water (as needed) until tender
