500 g handles 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 40 g onion 20 g plain flour 30 g lard to taste salt, pepper, garlic, marjoram, red pepper
procedure
Put the handles in cold water and boil. Change the water several times during cooking. Put the chopped Vegetable Recipes on top of the fried onions to stew with the red pepper. Dust them with flour, pour the water from the handles, add salt, pepper, add the chopped handles, add garlic, marjoram and simmer.
