2 butter 1/2 pk celery 2 pk parsley 4 pk carrots 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp salt 5 pk whole black pepper 2 pk bay leaf 1 pk spike bone (beef) 1/2 pk domestic casserole 100 g broccoli florets 100 g cauliflower florets 3 liters water

Melt the butter in a large pressure cooker.

In the meantime, clean all your root Vegetable Recipes and slice them thinly.

Add the celery slices, parsley, carrots, whole onion with skin, whole garlic cloves to the melted butter as you progress. Season with salt and mix. Sauté the Vegetable Recipes for a while.

Add whole black pepper and bay leaf.
5.
Add the spike bone and half a domestic casserole.
6.
Add broccoli florets and cauliflower.
7.
Pour water up to the edge to cover everything.
8.
Bring to the boil. Then close the pressure cooker and cook on low for 45 minutes.
