Tortillas with salmon and bean and mushroom salad

6 pcs tortillas 200 g salmon seasoning for fish

250 g sterilized white beans 250 g mushrooms 2 pcs sterilized cucumbers 1 pcs onion 2 tbsp oil salt, ground black pepper

Slice the mushrooms and sauté in the onion. Rinse the beans under running water, add the cucumbers sliced into thin strips, add the sautéed mixture and let rest for 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, fry the salmon pieces in a little oil and sprinkle with fish seasoning.

Buy the tortillas ready made. Place the tortilla partly on the foil, brush with herb dressing ( sour cream, salt, herbs to taste), top with lettuce, chopped tomato and salmon pieces.

Roll up the tortilla and wrap half of it with foil. Enjoy.
