Tortillas with cooked beans

Tortillas filled with sautéed vegetable mixture with beans, sprinkled with cilantro and chopped spring onions, rolled up, dry roasted in a pan.

Procedure:
1. Rinse the beans, soak them in different water overnight, then boil them until tender, drain them and let them drain
2. In a frying pan in heated oil, fry the peeled finely chopped onion and peeled finely chopped garlic cloves, add the cleaned chopped peppers and fry
3. Then add the cooked beans, season with salt, pepper and ground paprika, lightly cover with water and let them warm up together
4. Divide the prepared mixture into tortillas, sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions and coriander leaves, roll tightly and dry fry in a pan.
Recommendation:
