Tortilla cake
Tortilla cake is the best;äy of ready-made tortillas and pastries, with which you can play with your imagination. The food is delicious both on a weekday and at parties. 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon kidney beans jalapenos to taste 200g garlic cream cheese 1 red pepper
For the dish
4 limes & fresh coriander 300g cheddar 1 bunch of French cream
Top layer: Fry the mince in a pan and season with coriander, sugar, tomato pureeä and salt.
Cream cheese layer: Finely dice the paprika and mix with the cream cheese.
Bean layer: Drain the beans and break up the texture in a bowl. Add the jalapeno slices and mix into a smooth paste.
Add the layers in the order mentioned above, with the beans at the bottom. Sprinkle a little cheddar over the top of each layer before placing the next tortilla on top of the cake. The cheese will melt in the oven and the tortilla cake will hold together better.
Remove the lid, place the remaining cheddar on top and bake the tortilla cake in a 180C oven for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool for a while after the oven.
Sprinkle the tortilla cake with cream cheese, lime wedges and chopped coriander.
Cook the tortilla cake in the oven for a few minutes.
