Tomatoes stuffed with vegetable rice

8 pcs tomato 150 g rice 2 cloves garlic 2 pcs carrot 1 pcs celery 1 pcs kohlrabi 1 tbsp butter 5 tbsp olive oil to taste salt, ground black pepper

1. Grate the root Vegetable Recipes on a fine grater and sauté them in hot butter until tender. Remove from the heat, stir into the rice and leave to cool. 2. Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut off the tops. Scoop out the flesh and set aside. Turn the hollowed out tomatoes upside down for about 5 minutes. 3. Finely chop the tomato flesh, season with crushed garlic, salt, ground black pepper and a little oil. Stir this mixture into the rice. 4. Fill the tomatoes with the vegetable rice, cover them with the cut tops and drizzle with the remaining oil. Place them in a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
