Tomatoes stuffed with lettuce

ingredients

4 pcs tomato 2 pcs potatoes boiled in skin 1/4 pcs boiled celery 1 pcs hard-boiled egg 1/2 pcs onion 1 pk mustard 2 tbsp mayonnaise 50 ml water 2 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp sugar 1 pinch salt, ground black pepper

procedure

1. Let the potatoes cooked in their skins cool, then peel and finely chop them. Dice the cooked celery, along with the egg and onion. 2. In a saucepan, mix the water, vinegar, sugar, salt and ground black pepper. Let this brine come to the boil, set it aside and let it cool. 3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, pour the cooled brine and mayonnaise over them. Mix the salad well and fill the hollowed-out tomatoes with it.
