Tomato-Thyme Soup
Cream soup made of roasted tomatoes, tomato puree, onion, garlic and broth.

Procedure:
1. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove the seeds, place them on a baking tray, add the peeled garlic cloves, peeled red onions cut into thin slices, sprinkle finely chopped thyme, spray everything with olive oil, salt and pepper
2. Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 30 minutes
3. In a saucepan, add the tomato puree dissolved in the chicken stock, bring to a boil, add the roasted tomatoes, onions and garlic and blend with a stick blender until smooth
4. Serve with slices of bread spread with luchina and garnish with finely chopped thyme.
