Tomato-sugar chilli soup

400 ml passé tomatoes 3 pcs tomatoes 2 pcs carrots 1/2 pcs zucchini 1 pcs onion 1 tbsp mustard seeds 3 cloves garlic 1 sprig basil 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp chilli powder 1 tbsp soy sauce salt ground black pepper

1. Fry the mustard seeds in the oil until they start to crackle. Then add the chopped onions and fry over a gentle heat until golden. 2. Add the chopped tomatoes, grated ginger (about 4cm) and carrots. Mix. 3. Pour over the passé tomatoes and cover with water. 4. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth before adding the cleaned and chopped courgette and basil. 5. Season with 1 KL chill, 1-2KL soy sauce and salt and black pepper to taste. 6. Cook until the zucchini is soft. Bon appetit!
