Tomato soup

ingredients

500 g tomatoes 40 g fat 40 g plain flour 1/4 liter cream pcs sweet paprika pcs salt 60 g rice 1.5 liters water

Slice the tomatoes, boil in water and mash. Make a light roux from the fat and flour. Dilute it with water, boil, season with salt and pepper, add the washed rice and cook the soup slowly until the rice is soft.

Add the crushed tomatoes and simmer briefly. Soften the soup with cream.
