Tomato soup with egg – Tomatensoep

ingredients

1 kg tomato 1 pk onion 1,5 tbsp butter 1 liter broth 4 pk hard-boiled egg to taste salt, ground black pepper

step

In a saucepan melt butter, add chopped onion, fry a little. Chop the tomatoes, add to the onions, saute everything, add the stock, and when the tomatoes are cooked, blend the soup. Then heat it up, add the remaining butter. Place an egg round on a plate and pour the soup on top.
