Tomato Soup with Coriander

A tasty soup made from tomato puree, onion, garlic, fresh coriander and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 300 g of royal jelly 100 g onion 40 g garlic 100 ml red wine 100 ml olive oil 1.5 l water 1 pc large lemon 1 bunch fresh cilantro ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Lightly fry peeled and finely chopped onion in olive oil
2. Add the tomato paste, simmer for a while, stirring constantly, then pour in the red wine and water and stir thoroughly
3. Season with pepper and salt and boil again briefly.

Recommendation:

This soup is served in Italy with fresh bread, such as ciabatta.
