Tomato soup with Chinese curcurrant

1 cup Goji 500 g passé tomatoes 1 cube vegetable broth 2 pcs onion 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp ground chilli powder 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 handful parsley
procedure
1. Put the doughnuts in a bowl and cover with water. Leave to rest ideally overnight to allow it to swell beautifully (as pictured). 2. Fry the onion in oil, add the chilli, dandelion and passionate tomatoes. Stir and let simmer for about 5 minutes. 3. Then pour the 0,5l of broth, which we made by pouring boiling water over the broth. Add the cumin and coriander. 4. Cook for 15 minutes on a low heat and then blend with a stick blender. 5. At the very end, add the chopped parsley. Enjoy!
