Tomato soup with butter beans

ingredients

1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 can peeled tomatoes 1 can white butter beans 1 stalk fresh basil to taste salt, ground black pepper a little olive oil

procedure

1. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in hot olive oil. Add the peeled tomatoes, drained beans and cook over medium heat. Season the soup with salt, pepper and whole basil. 2. When the tomatoes and beans are soft, the soup is ready. If it seems too thick, we can dilute it with broth or a little water. Finally, remove the basil and serve.
