Tomato soup thickened with oat flakes

8 pcs ripe tomato 1 pcs onion 2 cloves garlic 1 handful basil to taste salt, allspice, sugar 1 pcs bay leaf 2 tbsp butter 5 tbsp fine oatmeal
procedure
1. Chop the onion finely and fry in a saucepan in hot butter. Add sliced garlic, peeled tomatoes cut into smaller pieces, pepper, water and bring the soup to a short boil. 2. Add the flakes, let them swell, finally stir in the basil and remove the bay leaf. Blend the soup with a stick blender, season with salt and sugar and serve.
