Tomato soup from fresh tomatoes

12 pcs tomato 3 pcs bay leaf 1 tbsp plain flour butter basil sugar salt hard cheese for sprinkling
procedure

First, steam the tomatoes – throw them into a pot of boiling water. When the tomatoes burst their skins, lift them out and let them cool for a while. Peel them and cut them into smaller pieces.

Prepare the spread – melt the butter in a saucepan and add 1 tbsp of plain flour. Stir for a while and then pour in the water.

Add the prepared tomatoes, bay leaf and season with salt, sugar and basil (don’t spare) and leave to cook for at least 30 minutes.

The soup can be sprinkled with hard cheese.
