200 g smoked sprats 2 pcs tomato 1 pcs green pepper 3 cloves garlic 1 dl water 1 pcs small tomato puree 2 handfuls sunflower seeds 1 KL dried basil
procedure
1. Chop the smoked sprats finely, the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes. 2. Fry the sliced garlic in a little oil and add the tomatoes, peppers and sprats after about 5 minutes. 3. Pour water over everything and simmer for 10 minutes. Then pour in the puree, add the sunflower seeds and season with basil. Serve as a pasta sauce. Enjoy!
