Recipe preparation step
1 Cut the small tomatoes in half, the larger peaches into slices and the peaches into slices. Grate the prosciutto like mozzarella. Put everything except the mozzarella in a bowl and mix with the oil and vinegar mixture. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
