400 g tomato 200 g mozzarella
Sauce:
125 g white yoghurt 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp vinegar a little salt a little ground black pepper

Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and alternately place them side by side on a plate. Slice the mozzarella and add to the tomatoes.

Season with vinaigrette made from yoghurt, oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Let cool.
