300 g tomato 2 tbsp oil 200 g rice 1 pk scallop 50 g sterilized peas to taste salt, ground pepper

1. Chop, salt and pepper and fry in hot oil. 2. Then mix them with the steamed rice, pour in the stock and simmer until tender. Stir in the peas before the end and simmer for a few more minutes.
