Tomato-olive sauce with walnuts
ingredients
2 pcs onions 500 pcs cherry tomatoes 100 g walnuts 200 g ham 1 tbsp butter 200 g black olives 2 cloves garlic 3 dl water 1 tbsp ground red pepper salt ground black pepper
procedure
1. Cut the onion into strips and fry it in the butter until brown. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced garlic. Simmer for about 10 minutes. 2. Add the sliced olives and the diced ham to the tomatoes. Then cover everything with water. Season with salt and pepper and sweet red pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Finally, add chopped nuts to the mixture. Simmer together for about 5 more minutes. 4. Serve with pasta or rice. Enjoy!
