Ingredients
4 servings 1 kg of tomatoes 1 pc. 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp olive oil basil salt ground pepper 1 can of tomato paste optional (if you prefer a richer colour or out of season for taste)

1 Cut the tomatoes at both ends, rinse in boiling water, peel and cut into eights.
