500 g white cabbage 1 pk onion 3 tbsp vegetable oil 3 tbsp whole wheat flour to taste salt, cumin, ground black pepper, sugar, ground vegetable seasoning 400 g passé tomatoes
step
1. Cut the cabbage into smaller pieces. 2. Put it to boil in a saucepan, add salt, cumin. After boiling, pour off the water, set it aside. 3. Fry the onion in oil, 4. Add the wholemeal flour,,make a roux……pour the broth from the boiled cabbage. Add the dried Vegetable Recipes(spices) and the passé tomatoes. 5. Add back the cooked cabbage and cook everything together for a while. Season with sugar and salt. 6. It’s yummy. Serve with fresh bread.
