Originally Hungarian recipe for pork shoulder braised together with peppers, tomatoes and sauerkraut, seasoned with sour cream and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Cut the shoulder into cubes, cut the peppers into strips, rinse the cabbage and cut it into smaller pieces
2. Fry the meat cubes in lard on all sides to make them brown, then cover the meat with water, add salt and pepper, add ground red pepper and simmer under a lid
3. After a while add sauerkraut, chopped peppers and tomato pieces from the can and simmer until soft
