1 pk onion 1 pk zucchini 2 pk carrots a little oil to taste salt, ground black pepper 1/4 KL thyme, oregano 1 packet white tofu 2 tbsp sesame seeds
procedure
1. Saute finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add diced zucchini, carrots and tofu. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and simmer over low heat until tender. 2. Then season the Vegetable Recipes with herbs and crispy sesame seeds, which we roasted in a dry pan. Serve on its own or as a side dish with pasta.
