Tofu skewer with Vegetable Recipes
ingredients
2 packets of white tofu 3 tbsp garlic oil 1 tbsp soy sauce to taste salt, ground black pepper 2 pcs red and white onion 1 pcs colored bell pepper 1 pcs small zucchini
procedure
1. Cut the tofu cheese into cubes, pour a tablespoon of garlic oil and soy sauce over it. Clean the Vegetable Recipes, cut them into equal pieces and alternate sticking the Vegetable Recipes with the tofu on the needles. 2. Drizzle the needles with the remaining garlic oil, season with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet greased with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C.
