Tofu sauce made from soy yoghurt and olives
ingredients
200 g white tofu 300 ml white unsweetened soy yoghurt 4 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper 70 g black olives 1/2 tbsp dried garlic 2 tbsp chives pasta
procedure
1. In a large bowl, add the tofu cheese, soy yoghurt, pepper, lemon juice and dried garlic. 2. Using an immersion blender, blend everything together until smooth. 3. Finally, add the chopped olives and chives. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
