Tofu risotto

400 g round grain rice 1 dl olive oil, can also be plain 1 pk onion 1 packet mixed Vegetable Recipes, or a home-made mixture of different Vegetable Recipes to taste 2 KL salt 1 KL vegeta 1 KL grill seasoning 200 g TOFU cheese can be white, smoked or gingerbread 1 tbsp parsley for garnish
procedure
1. Saute onion in oil, add Vegetable Recipes, salt, add veggies ( you can also use vegetable broth), cover, and simmer until soft. Cook the rice in the usual way. 2. Cut the Tofu cheese into cubes, sprinkle with grill seasoning and fry in a little oil. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, mix them with the rice and serve. 3. Sprinkle the servings with the toasted Tofu cheese pieces and parsley.
