Tofu omelette

ingredients

1 pk onion 1 tbsp oil 1 pk carrot 1 handful green beans 1 clove garlic 1 handful corn 1/2 pk smoked tofu cheese 2 KL soy sauce 1/2 KL dried chili pepper 2 pk egg

step

1. Fry the onion in oil and add the carrots. 2. Then add green onions, garlic, corn and finally tofu cheese. 3. Season with chili and soy sauce, stir and set aside. 4. Make an omelette with 2 eggs, fry it on both sides and fill the inside with the mixture. 5. Enjoy!
