1 package white tofu 1 pcs onion 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp rapeseed oil 3 tbsp breadcrumbs to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Tofu and onion finely grate. Add the crushed garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of rapeseed oil. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes and then thicken with breadcrumbs. 2. Form the mixture into meatballs with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
