1 packet white tofu 4 tbsp fine oatmeal 4 tbsp cornflakes 1 pk onion 4 tbsp grated celery 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp parsley 1/2 tbsp mustard to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil for frying

1. Crumble the tofu into a bowl. Stir in the fine flakes, chopped corn chips, finely chopped onion, celery, crushed garlic, parsley, soy sauce, mustard and salt and pepper to taste. 2. Mix everything together well and form a compact mixture into balls, which are fried on both sides in hot oil. The balls can also be baked in a heated oven.
