Here is the recipe for Toffee candy or soft toffee, an easy and simple recipe to make with your Thermomix.

Ingredients: 300 g brown sugar 400 g sweetened condensed milk 100 g butter 50 g honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preparation:

Put the sugar in the bowl and then mix for 20 seconds on speed 10.
Add the condensed milk, butter, honey, and vanilla extract then mix for 20 seconds on speed 5.

Then bake for 7 minutes at 100°C on speed 3. Then 20 minutes varoma at speed 2.
At the buzzer pour the preparation into silicone candy molds then let harden for at least 1 hour.

At the end of the time unmold and enjoy your candies.
