Tocatina pipote (Goulash of poultry gizzards and hearts)

Recipe from a Romanian cookbook, a dish you can prepare with the Salente Cuco multifunction pressure cooker.
Ingredients:
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 kg
of poultry gizzards and hearts

5 pcs
medium sized onions
2 pcs
meaty peppers
1 pcs
red bell pepper capers
1 bunch
parsley
150 ml
tomato puree
2 tbsp
oil
1 tsp
ground sweet paprika
ground pepper
salt
Procedure:
In the inner pot of a multicooker, saute finely chopped onions on the Saute program.
After 5 minutes, add the chopped peppers and sauté until the Vegetable Recipes are browned. Sauté everything for about 15 minutes with the lid open.
Add the acorns and hearts and sauté until they are browned.
Finally add the rest of the ingredients (salt, pepper, ground paprika and tomato paste). Pour in a maximum of 100 ml of water. Note! It is not necessary to add more liquid as the Vegetable Recipes and meat will let the water out.
Close and seal the lid according to the instructions. Program the cooker to the MEAT/STEW function, pressure “HIGH”, for 60 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, release the pressure according to the instructions and add the finely chopped parsley.
