Toasts with scrambled eggs, cheese and ham

Cut the bread into thin slices. The thinner the slices the better the bread will crisp up.

Put drops of oil or little oil on the pan because the bread absorbs a lot of oil. When the oil in the pan gets hot, we put the bread slices on the pan and watch how they brown and based on how high we put the flame, we turn the crispbread.

When we have the crusty breads browned on both sides, we break our eggs and scramble them and then dip the remaining slices of bread into the scrambled eggs and place them on the pan and turn them the other way as soon as we see that they are darker.

Break 2 eggs into a plate and stir. Then dice your cheese and ham and add them to the scrambled eggs and mix it all together again.

Put a little oil in a frying pan and then add the mixed eggs. Stir everything together and wait for the cheese to melt.

Place the toasted cheese on top of the toast. Wash the tomatoes and add them to the toast with the scrambled eggs with cheese and ham.
