Toasted Pasta with Mushrooms

How to use up the unwanted pasta left over from lunch? This recipe can be an inspiration for you.

Ingredients:

400 g of cooked pasta 200 g fresh mushrooms 150 g bacon 5 pcs tomatoes 3 tbsp oil cumin salt

Procedure:

1. 1. cleaned, rinsed and thoroughly drained sliced mushrooms saute in a pan in hot oil, season with salt and cumin
2. Add the remaining cooked noodles or other pasta shapes and fry them rapidly in the fat in a larger pan
3. Add the diced bacon, mushrooms sautéed in cumin and sliced tomatoes, let everything simmer for a while, stirring occasionally to prevent burning
