Toasted Chicken Liver

The original name of this Italian recipe is Crostini de fegatiny di pollo. Serve the toast like this as an appetizer or a light dinner.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Brown the onion in butter, add the sliced ham, chicken liver cut into noodles and a few sage leaves, salt, pepper, dust with plain flour and pour a little hot water
2. Stir in the grated cheese
3. Fry the slices of veka in oil and brush them with the prepared mixture, garnish with a tomato.
